Why do some of my books have a small dot or line on the edge of the book?

Our Bronze level books may have a small dot or line on the edge of the book. These books are purchased from publishers’ excess inventory and are marked to ensure the books cannot be returned. All the books are new, unread and in excellent condition. These books allow us to offer our Bronze level pricing to you!

What if the Undercover book is one I have already read?

If the book you receive is one you have already read, we encourage you to share it with your community. Pass it along to a friend, family member, neighbour or drop it off to a local charity.

What should I do if my book or something included in my bundle is damaged?

We are truly sorry! We would like to make it up to you so please contact us at shop@inukshukbooknook.ca with the details and photos of the damaged book(s) or item(s) attached.

Is there tracking on shipping?

There is tracking on everything except for the undercover books. The undercover books have free shipping and are sent as regular parcels through Canada Post, without tracking. If you would prefer to add tracking to your undercover book order, please ask us for a quote on shipping with tracking and we would be happy to provide that for your consideration.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, we pride ourselves in being able to provide only recyclable materials in shipping and packaging.

Do you have gift cards?

We do have gift cards available for purchase online – in denominations from $15 to $150.
